Hare Krishna Festival of India returns to American University--April 24

5:45 am on Friday April 24, Festival of India rolled into the American University Campus in Washington D.C.

Bhaktin Allison, a Student at AU, and the President of the Bhakti-Yoga club on Campus that sponsors the Festival of India

Parts of the Illustrated Bhagavad-gita exhibit, as well as parts of the Vegetarianism & Reincarnation exhibits were also set up on the AU campus.

Hare Krishna Festival of India to Orlando For Holi-Orlando

On April 18 Festival of India set up at the ISKCON Temple for the first-ever Holi Festival @ ISKCON Orlando's campus. The Festival attracted more than 500 people, many of whom were university students.

The Orlando ISKCON center, right on Rouse Road, has thousands of cars driving by every day so the above sign was instrumental in bringing the students and other local residents to the festival.

The fun starts...

**September 26, 2015-Philadelphia’s Ratha Yatra is cancelled for 2015, pre-empted by Pope France’s visit to Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Ratha-yatra will be back on Festival of Inidia's annual tour the 4th Sat. in September, 2016 to celebrate the 11th anniversary of Philly’s RY.

***Hare Krishna Devotees in San Juan, Puerto Rico (on December 27, 2015); and Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic (on January 2, 2016) will be doing Ratha-yatra festivals. Festival of India will not be able to participate in those festivals this year. However, we're planning to bring most of Festival of India's exhibits for these same festivals next year--2016 & 2017.
